Website Version

  1. From your main dashboard, click on "Send New” in the top right corner. Select “Send Invoice” from the drop down menu.

  2. Enter the customer's contact information or click "+ Existing client" to add the info for a customer who has already been sent a request, contract financing link.

  3. Fill in the details for the invoice. You can choose a due date, add a decryption and input the amount due.

  4. Note that you can add multiple payments to the same invoice. By clicking "Add Optional Details" you can attach a file and include additional notes. You can also add financing form to the request.

  5. Choose to send via text, email, or both then click "Send"

Mobile App Version

  1. From the Home screen, click on the “+” in the middle of the bottom navigation bar
  2. Tap on “Request payment”
  3. Add a customer and select a due date, description and cost.
  4. You can add additional details including attachments by clicking "Add More Details" .
  5. Choose to send via email, text or both.
