You can now find all of your “Leads” under the “Clients” section of Hearth
We have made it easier than ever to manage your Clients in Hearth
- When you have a new Lead
- Simply click “Add New Client” and set the Status to New
- You can mark them as
New, In Progress, Won, Lost
- Sending a quote, contract, invoice or financing to a client will move them from “New” to “In Progress”
- To start using Hearth lead capture forms on your Hearth website, or social media, visit the “Marketing” tab in Hearth
- Their status updates when you send a workflow
- Hearth will automatically set the Status to
In Progress
once you sent any workflow - a Quote, Contract, Invoice or Financing form. You can also override this status manually
Lead Statuses
How and when the status is updated for a lead
New
Whenever a lead is created:
- Someone fills out your Lead Form
- You manually add a lead
In Progress
Automatically set for a lead when you take any of these actions:
- Send a Quote
- Send a Contract
- Send an Invoice
- Offer Financing (or they submit a Financing request)
Won
Automatically set if your client takes any of these actions:
- Receives their funded loan amount
- Approves the Quote
- Signed the Contract
- Pays the Invoice
Lost
- Can only be set by someone in your company clicking “Mark as Lost”
What if you mark a lead Lost and they return to hire you?
If you set a lead to Lost, then you send a workflow to that same lead, the status will be updated to In Progress.
If you set a lead to Lost, then that leads approves a quote or contract, pays an invoice, or gets their loan funded, the status will be updated to Won.
